What a personality! He loves his job and he and his wife will sell you the best of the best. Both for the meats as well as other produce that they make themselves at home.

Plinio's Engiadin ternderloin is a must try! Expect to line up during high seasons, although he has extended his shop.

Angus from the Engadinian mountains - what a taste! Rib-eye, Porterhouse, Filet, Entrecote, you name it. Plus exceptional Bünderfleisch (airdried meat) Salsiz and other specialities from the Engadin. the small store is always crowded.
