I knew nothing about this castle until we visited randomly on a Thursday. The audio guide (2euro extra) had good information but hard to follow their interactive map. The entrance was newly designed and nicely displayed artifacts. We spent about 1 and 1/2 hours here...More

A very comprehensive self guided audio tour of one of the largest castle ruins in the area. Well worth a visit, easy to spend a half day here, great spot for a picnic.

The ruins are easily accessible and we were well received in the reception. The view is amazing and you can have access to all the places inside the ruins.

Take your time and detour to see this beautiful castle - so well maintained, with a fantastic self-guided tour that we did around all the buildings. If only all tourist sites can be like this!

What a great experience this was! For €4 we spent an entire afternoon exploring the amazing castle grounds. Great features if you are into photography. Excellent for families with kids - plenty of room to run and explore. Spectacular views from the top.
