Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very nice views up there with the Bismarck monument and the little tower. We went up in the funicular and down by foot and it was awesome, the kids got to pet some cows with big bells and horses. Highly recommended.

My wife and I'd visited Feldberg in November. When we'd arrived in Feldberger hof (the mountain), It was snowing. So great surprise!
There are many options of restaurants, shoppings, hotels and places for skiing in Feldberg.
We recommend to know it!

It is best to get to Feldberg using this cable car service- it reaches the top, so nealy anyone can enjoy the views.

We had a free Red card to use the cable car and tower so we did and it was just a short journey up to the top . Fabulous views . Once off the cable car there is a 30 mins walk to to highest peak but great views all around . Lots of other hikes from the top . Viewing tower is worth a visit . The walk down to the Feldsee is steep and just magical , I was expecting trolls and fairies to pop out . The lake is amazing worth the hard walk .

This is actually the biggest mountain in the Black Forrest. As a Swiss guy, the height is not that impressive. On the other hand, there are some nice hikes and the view to the Black Forrest is really amazing.

Any trip to the Black Forest should not miss this. 8 euros for a return trip in the cable car, cheaper if you want to walk back, for an extra 2 euros this will include a visit to the top of the tour, not to be missed, about 90 feet high either walk up the spiral staircase or take the lift (recommended). The views from the top are great.

The cable car is a short ride, but the views from the top are fantastic! Well worth a visit. There's a tower at the top which has stairs and a lift. The views from the top are incredible!

Not extravagant n any means but more than average, and certainly better than most french ski resorts. Go there to expect average service, ski conditiona nd food, and then be pleasantly surprised, in all aspects :D

An excellent skiing area, especially for a beginner like myself. I was surprised that i was so nice, given that it is only the black forest not the alps. There are plenty of slopes but seems the majority are not too difficult, which was great for someone in my level. Actually, there were quite a lot of people learning how to ski. I was lucky with the weather that day and got to see some amazing views of the black forest. One important tip if coming here on the weekend is to get there early. Best to be there by 8:30 to 9:00 as the parking can get very crowded and traffic can get backed up. Some people in our group got stuck for an hour trying to park, since they arrived late.
