Large bronze sculpture worth a photo opportunity by the River in the historic area. Not sure if there is any other significance to it, but it was a good place marker for us during our ramblings.

Although I am not a big lover of modern art I can appreciate it when it fits well to surroundings and doesn't want to shock only. This statue is exactly this case. It is located at the entrance to historical down town and it is...More

Not exactly sure what this is or why it is there. This belongs in another location somewhere in Bamberg but not in the Altstadt.

Everyone has their own taste but this piece of art is certainly worth looking at as I thought it is strange. Different angles give it a different look, and although I know it is clever, I would not have this piece at home!l

I can't say it is a great piece of art in my mind, sort of a piece of something stuck in the way of my view, but nonetheless it sort of fits in at the place. Good setting.
