The museum is housed in a lovely building, the former bishop’s palace. The rooms are nicely set up and present an interesting collection of especially 19th century paintings and other artwork, e.g. by Corot and Sisley. Entrance is free.

We called in on a Friday lunchtime and had the museum to ourselves - there were friendly people on the admission desk downstairs, but we were left alone to wander freely around the galleries without anyone checking on us. Some lovely pieces of art.

Pretty nice museum, small enough to visit without rushing. The second floor is being renovated and maybe this is why it is free. Absolutely must see the third floor.....great insight to this old building and its roof!

The building itself is worth a few photos. The museum is on 3 floors (2nd floor closed at present) and houses a temporary exhibition 'Divines et Divas' until March 20 2017. And it's free. Closed on Tuesdays.
