The view of Boulogne was excellent. However, English of the staff was very poor. Besides, I did not feel very comfortable when the guide was just standing behind my back.

Beffroi is an old historical building that houses the council in the old part of Boulogne sur mer including France. Dating back to the 12th century you are able to climb to the top for panoramic views. Access from the old town hall.

Located in the old town, the Beffroi is a historical building that houses the council, not a bad office location!. Worth a visit.
