Probably helps that I’m a long time aficionado of card decks, particularly Tarot, but this small, uncrouded and well presented colección of cards was a real treat during my short Paris visit. Great insight into the history of games and cartomancia. Fabulous.

It is not crowded. There were activities for children. The displays were very well done and the information very well researched. Definitely worth a visit.

You need to be seriously into playing cards to really appreciate this place. It's a smallish museum in Issy Les Moulineaux, mostly in the basement. Some very pretty pieces but the not enough context is given to really help you appreciate what you are looking...More
