It's a free place to go when it's hot. Sadly now everyone goes here so it's crowded all the time but it still cool to go to the bottom and soak in the cool water or climb the sticky rocks.

Really cool waterfall that is considered "sticky" in nature due to the Limestone deposit on the rocks. We rented scooters and drove from Old City out to the waterfall (quite a hike.. about an hour) but well worth it! The journey out to the waterfall...More

We cycled to the waterfall. It was raining when we arrived there, but, still worth visiting. The view was stunning. There is also a perfetly clear spring.

You should not miss this place as it’s beauty is outstanding. We get there by scooter but I would rather go with different transport because it could be dangerous in heavy traffic. The waterfall amazing especially when you climb up on it. There some part...More

Visiting this waterfall is not just for fun but you will see the beautiful scenery, rainbow fountain and reinforest in this area. This place is a good place for picnic and enjoy walking up and down on the limestone waterfall.

Yea I think this is definitely possible. You may at the end have to carry them up or down stairs depending on how tired they are but as far as the water levels go it’s actually perfect for a toddler to sit in and relax :)

A great day out is to head to Chiang Dao & do the jungle trail from the temple to the cave & then on the way back to Chiang Mai head to the Buatong falls. We paid a driver with a decent car 1500 for the day.
