Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Eli Meiri was our wonderful guide. My friend and I were delighted with our two days of touring.
He knows the sites so well that all of our comings and goings (and there were many of them!) were easy and challenge-free. He escorted us so effortlessly and kindly through crowds and narrow, ancient streets. Another professional guide who knew Eli looked at us as we neared the Wailing Wall (me in my electric wheelchair) and asked in amazement how Eli got us there, to which I replied, "He's the man!" We loved the highlights he chose both days, and the two restaurants where we ate lunch.
He was also a fund of information on Israel's history, culture, present situation. He answered our many questions (we are both curious and inquiring people) patiently and openly.
I know our introduction could only touch on the many riches of Israel, but I hope future visits will allow us to get to know the country more deeply, and Eli would be the person I'd contact to help plan that trip.

I just returned from a Suez Canal cruise that had Jerusalem as one of its ports. Before we left I researched in depth for an accessible tour and found Israel4All that had very high ratings so I decided to book one of their shore excursions. I contacted them with my inquires and never heard back from them for days. This was not a good first impression for a company that came highly rated. After tracking down the consultant through Facebook messenger she said she was out of the country and apologized for the delay. Any office employee knows enough when they are away for an extended period of time to use the out of office message on their email or have someone cover your files while you're away. After lengthy email exchanges our shore excursion was in place...so I thought. The pdf attachment that explained the pricing stated
"The price includes: The price for a van equipped with a lift for 3 people in a wheelchair and 5 people
in regular car seats + experienced working with people with disabilities driver + guide"
What we received was an accessible taxi with a ramp. I feel that since our private group of 3 only had 1 wheel chair and 2 people they decided to use the promised van for a different booking and stuck us with lesser quality transportation. The consultant was nice enough to inquire how the excursion went but hasn't responded back once I told her about our disappointing transportation. However, there was a very positive side to this. The driver and guide they used were excellent. Oz the driver and Eyal our guide were very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. The tour was as promised but the transportation was not. Would I recommend Israel4all? Undecided. When I tell my friends and family about my vacation experience I will let them decide for themselves. Would I personally use them again? No.

My wife and I just came back from a 12 day trip to Israel that exceeded all expectations. We had booked several small group tours but wanted to take some tours that were "different" and not physically exhausting. Many of the group tours are designed to walk for hours at a time. My wife is not physically handicapped but is completely deaf in her right ear and wears a hearing aid in her left ear. She has trouble hearing most things. She also has a sensitive stomach and has crazy eating schedules & needs. I have major knee problems making it hard to walk far.
My wife inquired with Israel 4 All about some private day tours. It was a big splurge for us but oh SO worth it. We had Eli all to ourselves for 3 days. He & his office devised three days of tours according to our requests. We were able to go at a slower pace and do and see things that we could not have seen with some of those small group tours. If we needed to stop for a drink or snack, Eli was super accommodating. He helped us when it was physically treacherous just by helping us up with his arms and hands.
Eli and his staff were extremely professional, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend using his company for all your touring needs. We plan to keep in touch with him and hope to see him again when we return to Israel. Thank you so much, Eli, for an amazing experience. Warmly, Donna & Jonathan

I'm a C5/6 quadriplegic (SCI) from Australia. I visited Israel with a good friend in July and was fortunate enough to stumble upon Israel4All's services.
I am extremely satisfied with the services that they had on offer. Their staff were all very friendly and accomodating with all of my needs - particularly Eli, who organised everything with absolute efficiency.
The carer they provided, Yaron, was absolutely brilliant! He was actually one of the very best caregivers that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Very professional, knowledgable and caring. He went out of his way to help me in absolutely any way he could and I am tremendously appreciative of everything that he did for me.
I would highly recommend anyone with a disability who is looking to visit Israel to get in contact with Israel4All and see what they have to offer!

If you've been to Jerusalem, you know the need for long walks and walking on stone steps an other surfaces. I'm not too good at walking. Can't go very far without at least a short rest break. So what was I to do when we spent parts of two days in Israel last fall? Our ship offered mass tours, but no help for the disabled. Through a friend who also has walking issues, we retained Israel4All and guide Udi. Not cheap, but absolutely a great tour. He was not only sympathetic to our limitations, but he provided two motorized scooters for us. That allowed us to go through markets and all sorts of places, including some of the places most important to Christians. Without this tour, I could only have seen a tiny fraction of what we saw. Udi was a fine informative guide apart from the mobility issues. We would like to return to Israel someday for a long ground tour. This company will be our first choice when we do.

My mother and I always wanted to go to Israel, but she has mobilty issues and needs either a walker or a scooter to get around. I couldn't believe it when I located Israel4all on TripAdvisor. This was truly a trip of a lifetime and fabulous in every way. The excursions we went on not only hit all of the high notes of Israel, but included some out-of-the-way places as well. Our tour guide, Ronnie, was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Even our bus driver had a great personality. I would recommend this trip to anyone!

Last August I helped my mom fufill her dream of visiting Jerusalem. She is 82 and walks with difficulty and uses a wheelchair. I thought it would be a challenge to walk the ancient cobblestone streets. In addition, her first language is Spanish and I did not imagine we could find a guide to address the wheelchair and language issues. Well, to my surprise we found Israel4All! They were fully understanding and matched us with a guide named Javi who spoke fluent Spanish and was sweet and kind. He was outstanding and explained all of the history patiently. He went out of his way to make my mother feel comfortable and knew how to navigate the streets so that the wheelchair was not an impediment. We had an unforgettable time that is indelible in our minds!

We have just returned from an amazing and meaningful trip to Israel that was made possible by the wonderful people at Israel4All. We are a family of 5 - myself, my husband, our twin 12 year old daughters, and our 9 year old daughter who has a physical disability and uses a power wheelchair. Ma'ayan at Israel4All helped create the perfect accessible 5 day tour for our family including accommodating all our needs - making sure each activity was accessible, fun for almost teenage girls with particular interests, hands on, and going to various places but based in Jerusalem due to moving being difficult with medical equipment etc...I asked for a young tour guide who would be great with tween girls and Nitzan was just amazing. We all loved her and she was able to engage with each person on their level. She was knowledgeable, fun, and easy going. We did a sifting project, tour of the old city, the kotel, a Druze cooking workshop (highly recommend), neot kedumim nature reserve (also highly recommend - plant trees and make olive oil), the Soreq caves, a day in Tel Aviv, and the Dead Sea and Masada (some climbed and some took cable car - it all worked)! The tour and being with Nitzan was a highlight of our trip (we were in Israel longer visiting family as well) for every person in our group. Definitely hope to work with Israel4All again - I encourage anyone looking for an accessible and amazing Israel experience to use this organization.

We are a group of 6 traveling to Israel on Norwegian Spirit with mother who has very limited mobility. This 12 day cruise included one day in Ashdod and two days Haifa. We initially tried to find excursions from the ship however, not one excursion was recommended for those in wheelchairs. I found Israel4all and started working with Lorre who organized three days of touring which included Dead Sea, Masada, Bethlehem, Jerusalem, Nazareth and Galilea. We were met by our guide Udi Avital who was absolutely outstanding. He stayed with us through all the tours, both ports. We had a small scooter for Masada, Nazareth and Galilea and used a larger scooter in Jerusalem (definitely worked better because of the cobblestones). We had absolutely no problem getting around in Jerusalem on the scooter and I was surprised not to see more during our tour. We did not miss anything and Udi was able to get us in all sites without any problem, sometimes going in the back entrances and avoiding long lines. Most of the sites had accommodations for wheelchairs and scooters. Udi was very knowledged about the history and culture of Israel and answered many questions. This was a wonderful experience for my mother and a I highly recommend Israel4all for travel to Israel for those with limited mobility.
