Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Working with Hadas we were able to lay out a compressing itinerary for our three generation, 16 member family mission ( ages 5- 75). Both she and our guide Daniel daily flexibility as family 'wishes', timing and availabilities changed. Our goals was to introduce ( and reintroduce) the wonders of Israel so they would go back to the US with a greater appreciation and perhaps stand up against the anti-Semitic, anti-Zionist tomes increasingly being raised

Via Sabra far exceeded all of our expectations! This trip of our two families to celebrate the Bar Mitzvahs of our sons was well planned, filled with engaging and fun activities and with excellent accommodations. Our group ranged in ages from 9 to 81, and all generations were able to participate together in activities from hiking, walking, jeep driving and climbing. The Bar Mitzvahs at the Wall was an obvious highlight, and the excursion to the Syrian border and throughout the Golan Heights was not only terrific, our kids really learned and understood the geo-political challenges of the region. The Dead Sea, Masada, Yad Vashem and a dinner with a Druze family are just a few of the highlights. Many thanks to Ronnie, our absolutely amazing tour guide, as well as Sivan and Maayan, for planning a trip we will all remember for many stars to come!

Via Sabra was nothing less than stellar. The tour they put together with Chef Aliza Green was outstanding, no logistical or booking details out of place, not one. And their accommodations for transport to and from the airport, and for our travel that happened before and after the tour were top shelf, as well. We cannot recommend Via Sabra highly enough.

Via Sabra not only orchestrated a great tour filled with unusual experiences, but when we came down with Covid, they helped us every step of the way to navigate the red tape of quarantine and leaving Israel to return home..

What an amazing trip! We look forward to searching for Israeli Cuisine 11, if there is such a thing. Orit, the tour guide, gave everything she could to make our trip meaningful. She was very responsive and bent backwards to please everyone. She was diplomatic and made us feel like we had a say in the itinerary on a daily basis. I didn’t always get my way, but it was fun lobbying for my cause.
A memorable moment was showing the new immigrant children how to use a my camera at their agricultural school. The dinners with the Druze family and the Bedouin lady’s home gave us the feeling that they really enjoyed having us for their meal. I can’t stop talking about the trip to all my friends. The food was so good at the hotels, that I had to video the spread on Facebook to my friends. They wanted to know, where I was and it was insane in a good way. I took over five hundred picture and I am still sorting through them and the good times. We learned so much about the origins of the foods, how to harvest the olives, watch the making of kachina, how to make challahs, how to understand the various cultures in Israel and especially how to prepare different dishes. We were treated like kings and queens and we will never forget the good times.

Thanks

We indeed had a wonderful time during our travels to Israel. Yael, Avihai and especially our leader Orit knew exactly how to make our trip amazing. We were lucky to be with a group of “strangers” who became family in a few short days. The trip took us to amazing places that were not included in our previous visits to Israel and those few previously visited places were totally changed. Since we were in search of Israeli Cuisine, I can only say I think we found it during our trip. So much wonderful food in so many wonderful places, prepared and served by so many wonderful people!! Hotels were great and centrally located. We totally appreciated the VIP treatment on arrival and the car service to the airport after spending Shabbat in Tel Aviv at the end of the trip. Once again I want to acknowledge our wonderful guide Orit - she just knew the right thing to do and how to get the group moving the right way. Oh yes and thanks for the surprise Wine Truck!!! We just love Israeli wine!!! We have already recommended Via Sabra to several people, and we hope the also take advantage of the Via Sabra hospitality.

My wife and I just finished a two-week visit to Israel with Via Sabra. It’s impossible to pick a favorite location or event as the entire trip from start to finish was amazing. The service provided by Via Sabra and our guide Dany was outstanding in every way. We wholeheartedly recommend Via Sabra for any family or group planning a trip to Israel.

My wife and I did a food tour with Via Sabra. They delivered everything as promised and were very reliable.Yael Perlov was our coordinator and she was just great to work with. No matter when I called her she was available and took care of any problems we had.
We went to a lot of excellent restaurants and Orit our guide was excellent.
If you take one of their tours be prepared for a lot of walking
