The second half of September, is a great time to visit Tropea. During this time, there is a jazz festival in the old town. Old buildings, small family shops, nice restaurants, narrow streets - all together give a charm to this beautiful city.

The historic part of Tropea is nice to be seen but just this part.The rest isn't very clean even if it is full of tourists. I think authorities must take actions. The city is also nice to be seen from the beach or from yacht...More

Romantic narrow cobbled stoned streets with buildings from the 18th century. Everywhere lovely little restaurants and caffees. Terraces with stunning sea views. Peaceful and beautiful. It is so charming
