We walked here from our apartment then walked thru the woods to the aquaduct and walk across the aquaduct to La Rocca and have a coffee at the little trattoria.

The basilic is an historical place worth a visit but the basements are gorgeous. No need to visit the crypt. The first church is the piece not to miss

the church is high up a stone stairway. it-s quite impressive when arriving by car from Rome in the evening. The inside is not that great but the facade with its marble reliefs is really unique and deserves a visit.
