Ambling through the square one evening we heard the melodic sound of the visiting Dulwich Choir reverberating around the Duomo so stopped by to listen inside. Lovely sound from an impressive yet simple church.

A haven of peace in busy Ravello. The cathedral contains several interesting decorative monuments and for a Catholic place of worship is very simple and understated.

The inside is nothing spactacular compared to others. Just nice to gaze from the outside on the white facade, rare old bronze doors, and the old bell tower.

Sweet little church in Ravello, the view from the doors when opened onto the mountains are just amazing. Seeing the bride walk down the aisle with that backdrop is just perfect! Service went without a hitch!

An impressive building. There are however many a Duomo in Italy. Stay a while to pray and have some quite time. It amazes me how cool these buildings are without any air conditioning
