I did the walk starting and finishing in Praiano walking to Nocello. Under three hours round trip at a brisk pace. I started early 6:15 which was great plenty of light and not hot, the sunrise lighting up the coast was beautiful to watch.
My husband and I are active people and we really enjoyed this hike. Our legs were very sore the following day from all the stairs but we felt it was well worth it.
