Did you know that buffalo matzerrlo is made form water buffalo milk. there was a large herd at this farm. we were allowed to see them make the buffalo matzerrlo and it was very interesting and enjoyable

We went to Caseificio Rivabianca to buy some delicious buffalo mozzerella but also bought ricotta, there was also buffalo meat products, honeys and wines etc in the shop. Well worth a visit.

We stopped at caseificio rivabianca at the end of the day at Paestum. We got some tomatoes and basil and had the most outstanding dinner. This mozzarella is fantastic!
