This was a touching and interesting documentation and Italian gratefulness to the Canadian soldiers of WW2. This museum points to the sacrifices and skills of the Canadian troops in one of the toughest battles in Italy. It is worth the visit.

An excellent museum clearly depicting the battle of Ortona, putting it into context of the war in Italy in general, and describing how it unfolded. While the exhibits probably show more from the perspective of the Allied troops, there is also plenty from the side...More

We visited this museum with the Grande Prairie Army Cadets tour of Italy with EF Tours. Excellent displays and lots of Canadian history including our Regiment - the Loyal Edmonton. Interesting to hear about how the staff still keep in contact with the Canadian Regiments....More
