The whole experience was amazing, simply awesome! From start there were a lot of drinks and canapé, with the hall being very nicely decorated. Overall there was so much food, and it was all good. The only dish I didn't like was the dessert, it just seemed bland. The service was awesome! Everyone was super nice and polite. We told the staff it was our parents birthday, and they sang a special song for them, gifted two deserts with candles, overall made the whole dinner so special. I want to single out Luna from the staff, who was just incredibly nice and helpful. Overall, this place is an amazing experienc!

I had my Bachelorette party in this amazing space and was SO HAPPY with my experience! We were traveling from the United States and staying in the center of Venice. This Theatre was found by our hotels concierge and we are so very delighted we went! From the moment we arrived Arianna took excellent care of us pre show. The show was absolutely amazing!!! The talent was unmatched! Every segment of the show had our full attention! They made our table feel as though the show was for us! It was absolutely the highlight of my Bachelorette party in Italy! I will never forget it! The owner was also so very kind as to personally take us back to our hotel which was a bit of a drive away from the venue because he saw we were not familiar with the area, the show let out pretty late, and we were three young women from out of town! It was the kindest gesture and very much appreciated! I highly recommend this Theatre to anyone looking for an amazing evening of entertainment!

I want to give more score because the entertainment is excellent. The service is shocking. And needs really looking at. We was forgotten twice when bringing meals out. Asked for 2 bottles of water twice. There was no greeting or telling you where to go. Shame really. As the lady singer was outstanding and was the guy and the dancers. But the service is massive let down. They gave some food and then went to another table at the top to give theirs. You should always make sure the table is finished first. The waiters and waitresses should note this anyway. Instead of rushing around. Also allocate so many staff to top of room and other half to bottom and work way into room. That way you know the area. Again singer amazing. I don't like to moan. But felt really let down. Food was also cold. I know it hard to get it all out at a time limit. I worked in catering and large parties. I really hope it improves as a great venue and fantastic entertainment.

We went along to this cabaret dinner show on Valentine's night, and whilst we did enjoy ourselves, it wasn't quite up to what we were expecting for the amount of money paid. The venue is in an industrial area of Venice, in a converted warehouse, which has been brilliantly decked out inside, and is a great decor. On arrival, there are queues to form to register (why they can't do this on the door as you walk in I'm not sure), and cloakroom is available for coats/bags etc. The first thing we noticed, whilst the booking information states this as Elegant dress code, were the number of people (mainly men) turning up in jeans and trainers. The dress code policy was not being adhered to at all, and cheapened the effect of the evening. Staged photographs were being taken at the start of the evening, with a line up of the show girls (its optional), but the photographs were not made available at the end of the evening, to purchase, so no idea what happened to those. Once we'd checked in and left our coats, we were offered reception drinks of Prosecco or another cocktail. My husband was not drinking alcohol at this time, so asked for a Coke Zero and even offered to purchase it from the bar. There is no bar to purchase any other drinks other than those provided in the package. So no soft drinks were available prior to the meal.
We were then shown to our table. The layout of the room is not ideal for watching a show. Half the table have their backs to the stage, and to add insult to injury the side of the table I was on, formed part of the walkway up to the mezzanine tables, meaning that every time a waiter or guest went through I was knocked in the back, or constantly asked to move my chair out of the way to give access - because the tables are all too close to each other, probably to pack as many people into the room as possible. As there were only 4 of us, on a table for 6, I took the initiate to move round to the other side and sit next to my husband, thereby also able to see the stage as well without straining my neck. A waiter instantly came over and confronted me asking who had given me permission to do this. I explained it was my own initiative given the constant bumping and disturbance I was suffering due to the lack of room on the other side of the table, and he rudely told me that if anyone else came in that he would have to move me back. I counter argued, pointing to all the other empty seats at tables around the room, that he could quite easily seat them in any of the other spare seats available. By this time I was feeling extremely uncomfortable and angry, and I felt a tension between us and the waiter for the rest of the evening (and nobody else arrived to take any seats anyway).
Food service was prompt, and the food was reasonable, but to be honest there were too many courses, to the point where the show was happening during dinner, rather than dinner being served and everyone being able to sit back and enjoy the show after the meal. We've been to the Moulin Rouge, which is a similar environment, and is much better organised.
We were able to get soft drinks included in the meal once seated at the table, and did also change the table (red) wine for a bottle of Prosecco as I'm not a red wine drinker, and it was quite dry. So that was a positive.
The cabaret was only singing and dancing with just one other "gymnast" act. I normally expect a cabaret to include other types of artists (magicians etc), and whilst the dancers and singers were good, it wasn't anything to write home about.
Trying to get a taxi back from the venue, into Venice was not as easy as we hoped, but luckily we shared a taxi back with another couple (which after midnight is about 55 euros). I would strongly advise, if you can find a reliable taxi driver, booking your return journey before you go. There is plenty of parking there though, if you are getting their in your own car.
Overall, it was a good night out, reasonable food, bit tense and confrontational, mediocre performances and quite expensive to get there and back.

An overall ok experience... no clear instruction or greeting upon arrival. Generous with welcome drinks and canapés before heading into dinner. Surprised with just how many courses there were it was frustrating that we had to wait almost an hour between some. The entertainment was okay, singers and pianist were good but the dancers weren’t in time with the music, each other and frankly looked unpractised. Having been at the dinner table for 3 hours we decided to leave early and skip desert/coffee. The entertainment/show was nothing spectacular so the invite to stay was minimal.
