We had a reservation confirmed. Waiting there, no appearance by the company. Waited 15 minutes, called, the phone rang out. Waited another 5 minutes, called again. The phone was dead, it had been switched off. Sent email, waited another 10 minutes, tried calling again, nothing. Had to break the news to our daughter who had been looking forward this for days. That's the worst. It may be a fun experience, but clearly booking it means nothing. Be prepared for that if you do, and have a back up plan for your morning.…

We tried the 20 minutes dog sledge. It is expensive for a very short activity however it was good fun and scenic. Worth trying once....

The experience is nice, but defitnitive the price is way too expensive and too short not a facity just in the middle of a land and you meet the guides 100 euros per person expended and in my opinion just 2 rides did not cover that money i feel i was scam.

I really wanted to do this as I was unable to ski this year. I was planning a trip with the children in the evening and hoped to do a 2 day course of sledding. I emailed three times but no response. Our hotel also tried ringing but no reply. So, get this...... I rented some snow shoes and walked to the farm. Took me almost out 2 hours to walk there. When I arrived the guy completely ignored me and carried on seeing to his dogs. When he realised I wasn't going to go away he came up. He did speak a little English which was good but said because the weather had turned warm the sledding had finished yesterday. I couldn't believe it as I had been waiting days for him to get back to me. I asked if there was any chance we could have one run that evening but no. Honesty, I could have cried. It was then another hours walk to the lift which would have been lovely but visibility was poor and I got quite worried walking though endless woods in the snow. I can't rate the experience but it looked chaotic. The farm had one highland cattle in a pen, the one in all the pictures but not much else. I walked the run from the road which wouldn't have taken long on a sled but could see some other tracks. Just so disappointed.…

The dogs loved it... We loved it... Really friendly staff and definitely something to put on the 'bucket list'. The dogs are very friendly and you can see how much the owner loves them... and they love him!
