Such a beautiful church. Although it’s being renovated, the renovation process is quite interesting. Worth a visit!

I visited this church several years ago and it’s ornate exterior made it my favorite in Lecce. Unfortunately, it is being restored and is completely covered up. Taking the long view, once restored it will be amazing. The interior is less spectacular and more ordinary,...More

Beautiful baroque church in the center of historic Lecce. Be sure to check out the inside of the church as well as it's stunning. Hopefully you'll be there when the scaffolding is off. Be sure to stop by.

Great. Unique in the region. Baroque influence apparent. Great spot for people watching! Recommended.

the church in under reconstruction at the outside. Inside is nice, no “too” overwhelming richdom as you see a lot in catholic churches, but a more modest, and therefore nice, interior.

Magnificent interior, loved the huge realistic façade while it is under construction - the large Rose Window is fascinating when you have a guide tell you about all the figures that are sculptured there - if you decide to visit one 'church in Lecce this...More
