La Pirata food is fantastic, reasonably priced, friendly and most of all it has a balcony onto the sea. Sunset is lovely here. Fresh sardines, either as appetizer or with bucatini we’re amazing! My husband had veal with porcini that was vere very delicious.

Great place to spend the evening, with a large beach and a variety of restaurants to choose from nearby, Perfect place to catch the sunset as well, from the beach or certain parts of the old town area. Metered parking is available along the beach...More

During our stay, we spent time at the sandy beach. There are other parts with pebbles we didn't go to. One day we rented an umbrella with beach chairs to be able to stay there from the morning till the evening. People selling stuff could...More

Cefalù beach is amazing. Lovely sands, not too crowded and situated right next to the old town so it’s easily accessible. Access to the beach is free. Lovely to have a romantic walk at night too and observe the stunning sunsets and sit with a...More

Cefalu town is very charming with it’s narrow streets, beautiful cathedral, charming artisan shops, cafes and quaint beach. A lovely stop over.

Excuse the contradictory title and rating. This beach is lovely, the sand is fine, waters are crystal clear and there is hardly any current so swimming is easy. You can happily wear goggles and swim around looking at the fish, especially near the Quay walls....More

Cefalù is a beautiful part of Sicily and well worth visiting. Stunning old city on the beach. The Sicilians were kind, friendly and low key. Hike to the top of La Rocca and get an expansive view over the Tyrrhenian Sea. Enjoy the many wonderful...More

My hotel Le Calette was along the coastline and had places for sunbathing and swimming. The town is charming and easy to walk. There are a number of restaurants along the seaside. Views are interesting due to La Rocca and nearby ruins.

See above! There’s a good size car park which charged €7 for the day until midnight (June 18), which is quite close to the very lovely Deco supermarket so you can stop by there and get some bits for a picnic lunch if that’s what...More

The coast splits in half at the northwest point of Cefalu with beautiful sandy beaches to the protected cove to the west and jagged rocks projecting into the sea, on which people still sunbathe, to the east. The restaurants along Via C O Bordonaro have...More

When we were there at Easter there were a couple of people on the beach, in front of the old town, with dogs. The dogs played on the beach and ran in and out of the water.

We stayed on the Cefalu Sea Palace which is has its own stretch of breath opposite the hotel and it's own swimming pool. Just a short walk into the town.
