Altough Brescia will not be my favourite city in Italy, because there are so many more interesting cities from a tourist perspective, a couple of spots of course worth the visit, so as the Duomo Vecchio. Really beautiful!

A visit to Brescia has to include a visit to the Duomo & the Rotunda (two separate entrances and two separate experiences). The Rotuna has many steps, but a lift is available to assist access.
