The information office is right outside the train station and easy to locate. The staff were very helpful, spoke quite good English, and provided us with maps and brochures. As with many Italian offices, they are closed from 2:30-6:00PM, which can be inconvenient.

Conveniently located outside of the railway station. I visited twice during my week's stay, and found the staff most helpful, and appeared happy to be able to, not only help me, but also to practice their English. Information regarding the local bus services was available...More

A small shop, selling the usual items. It didn't feel anything unusual like most tourist information places. Perhaps My view was jaundiced by the 20 children who visited at the same time and all wanted to use the toilets.

Your first stop off of the train should be here. Staffed by energetic helpful folks with loads of great information. My tear off map was free so I can't comment on previous commenters' saying that it cost for the map. This is an easily walkable...More

I don't mind paying to use the washroom, but 1/2 Euro to buy a one-page map that they tear from a pad? Puleeze!

Arrived in Arezzo for a 10 day stay at a country/ farm house nearby and stopped at the Tourist Office next to the Arezzo Train Station. The young man, Augustin, attending us was absolutely amazing. He gave us maps of the surrounding area and filled...More
