I love this area. Popular because of the film ‘La Vita e Bella. It is easy to identify the shops featured in the film. Very interesting to see a lady making fresh pasta outside the restaurant under the porticos. There was a wedding scheduled later...More

The central and the most beautiful square of the city is a mixture of buildings from several ages that gives it a picturesque and colorful atmosphere. It is a typical medieval square, with a characteristic trapezoid shape and a sloping pavement built from the red...More

We were walking around Arezzo and happened upon this pleasant piazza. There is a very nice - but expensive restaurant under the colonnade and an "antique market" which charges an entrance fee to enter. I only found out later that this is where the film...More

The very distinct slant in this piazzza adds to its charm. It was used in the filming of the movie"Life is Beautiful" and there are several posters showing various scenes from that movie on display around the town.

Arezzo, isn't a location that you hear about internationally but the place has wonderful charm and character. The Piazza feels like a smaller version of the Campo in Siena.

This place has a nice feel of the original town. It's quiet our busy and noisy depending on what time you visit. Just sit and absorb the atmosphere.

This plaza is a good example of the magnificent buildings in this hidden gem. The city is full of photo opportunities and activities. Others compare it to Florence, although nowhere near the same scale it could easily stand two or three days of your exploring...More

This square is the center of Arezzo. It was not crowded and besides its history everyone who saw "Life is beautiful" will recognize it. It was fun looking up the film clips after visiting the square. When you visit walk down the streets around it....More

If you saw the film "Life is Beautiful" you will recognize this square. Closed to traffic. A Michelin Star restaurant overlooks the square; pricey but food is beautifully presented. Less expensive places are away from this main piazza. As always, this is the hub of...More

The closest parking is Parcheggio Pietri. From there start a series of escalator that allow you to reach easily the city center.
