My wife and enjoyed a wonderful wine tasting in tavern next to the sea. We learned a great deal about Croatian wine while enjoying healthy pours and delicious food. We even purchased a bottle of the Lazarus that we were able to bring home to Chicago. Very enjoyable experience, and I wish the best to Ivan and his family.

Ivan is ahead of his time. At such a young age he lives and bleeds wine. The tasting was such a great experience too. Since I only came with the carry-on I was very lucky that the airport duty free sold his wine too. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyable wine tasting with the winemaker himself. This is a small family winery with a really intriguing family story. Ivan has answers to all your questions and time flew by. The wines were really good making this a great visit. Do book the tasting ahead with Ivan so you can enjoy the wine and stories in a relaxed way in the wine cellar. They also produce olive oil which was amazing too.

We just had a great wine tasting lunch!
4 wines and a dessert wine. My favorite was the Zinfandel, with just enough tannins and a silky mouthfeel, followed by Opol, a rosè Zinfandel light and flavorful. The Polšip had a mild citric acidic flavor and the Maraština is a perfect light dry summer wine. The dessert wine was a sweet ( but not too sweet) finish to our tasting.
The goat cheese, olives, anchovies and bread that accompanied the wines are delightful as well. Ivan Perišin is very knowledgeable and passionate about his wine.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
I encourage anyone who enjoys wine to take the time to visit OSP Perišin.

Our third time with Ivan tasting 6 of his wines. Another fabulous afternoon. Always lots of information about the wine, family history, Croatia and anything that crops up. The hard work that goes into this family winery really show. Great wines and also olive oil. Never fails to please.

We had the honor to visit a very small family winery.
Vina Perisin.
Ivan was adorable and informative.
The foods provided complimented the awesome wines.
From whites, rose, to my favorite...Red Zinfandel it was all delightful.
Then, a surprise dessert brought to us, hot from the oven by his mother.
Don't plan anything else...Just experience Ivan, his stories, his food, and of course his great wines.
Thank you.

I visited OGP Perišin's tavern with my girlfriend. The winemaker, Ivan, was super accommodating, tasting through his wine range with us, providing a really nice lunch and telling some great personal stories about his family and the wine's history. This is great value and I would recommend highly.

We had Evan take our tasting with 5 different wines and loads of food. A local cake dipped into the prošek was amazing!!! Interesting information on the wine and the family made for a fun afternoon. We bought some of the olive oil which was amongst the best I’d had too.
