It is a beautiful place, but you should be careful not to slip around the area. Those who like adventure can take some sort of footwear to climb and walk the higher areas where the view is also great and you can jump from specific...More

Really nice spot for a swim - it apparently gets busy in Summer but when we went in May it was empty. I've attached a map for how to get there from the car park.

I had steered clear from this place because after checking the tripadvisor on it. It was clear many felt that the place wasn’t good. But coming towards the end of the holiday we wanted something not to far. The place where you park was extremely...More

Good for an hour or a 2 hour visit. The swinging rope is good but suitable for children over 10. Younger children can jump off of the rocks. There’s a waterfall there that you can swim over to. It’s in a nice location and would...More

I’m not sure for Spring. I can’t see it being any better as the surrounding area is overgrown and dangerous with human waste littering the walk to the waterfall. It’s a shame this place since the fire has been neglected. I... More

Sadly not. Public transport in the Tavira area is almost non existent... My tip is to ask a local and pay him/her a couple of Euros.
