Enhance your experience of natural New Zealand. The Abel Tasman's only conservation tour. Our signature eco boat tour is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, it is full day tour, leaving at 9am and returning between 3-3.30pm. We explore the coastal zones, islands, beaches, forests and streams with plenty of time for relaxing, walking and swimming. On our fully guided boat charter you will explore and learn about the amazing diversity and conservation in this iconic park. If you want a real Abel Tasman Experience away from the mainstream tourism vibe, it doesn't get better than this! Tour price includes morning tea, and lunch*. * infants (0-4 yrs) are free of charge for the tour, however, there is an additional charge if lunch is requested for infants.
Tours are run from September through to the end of April.

We had a marvelous time on the water and at the beach. Darren served us lovely morning tea and lunch.
I had a chance to do snorkelling in Tonga Quarry. Highly recommend.

It was the best experience I had in New Zealand. It took around 6 hours and it was so relaxing but at the same time we saw a lot of beautiful places and during the tour we saw seals and playful dolphines. The guides were very nice and told good stories during the tour.

We loved our boat tour up the coast of the Park. Clive and Darren were a fantastic team, sharing so much history and knowledge of the local flora, fauna, sea life. Saw seals, dolphins, jelly fish & lots of birds. The boat was able to explore shallow bays at certain tides and we especially enjoyed this. We would recommend this tour to anyone. Very well done.

Great tour with Justin.
We hit the water approx 9am on a beautiful day with calm seas.
Justin is a knowledgeable guide and took us to all the interesting locations.
Managed to see a hector dolphin and some blue penguins, Justin went out of his way to try to search out these.
Stopped for morning tea and a nice lunch in some beautiful bays and also had a swim.
Highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic day out with Justin and Abel Tasman Eco Tours. The weather was perfect, flat sea and we were well provided for with a great morning tea and lunch.
Justin is a very well informed local guide and a great host with a wealth of info on the area, conservation efforts and area wildlife. Very comfortable boat, and the trip covered all bases, even managed a swim in the warm waters at one of the beaches!!
Highly recommended for all travellers, doesn’t matter who you are, you will enjoy it!!

Is it possible to get dropped off at tour’s end nearer to Marahau rather than walk an hour from Appletree bay? My bum knee makes walking any distance painful. I usually grin and bear it, but hiking 5 km is daunting.
