We were on a coach trip, when our driver took us to this place. It is well worth visiting as it is a lovely station and station house. It also has a big shopping centre there to buy all your gifts

Always wanted to see it for real, crazy length name. Nice little station with main line trains. Shame the franchise operator Arriva can’t see the commercial opportunity and keep it in good condition along with activities playing on the game. So could do better to...More

We went to the station to have the customary photo taken under the sign! On the platform you have the name and underneath it how it is pronounced. Just before you go into the Pringles shop you have the English translation of the name. The...More

The station is no longer staffed although trains still stop here. The railway station itself is adjacent to James Pringles shop. There is a board on the Holyhead platform showing how the village name is spelt and also tries to say how it is pronounced.

Rolled up today to the "coach park" outside the station, to be confronted by a line of cars in the coach bays. No staff moved them on!! Do they want 49 people from one coach or 4/5 from a car?? Makes ya wonder.

Famous tourist spot where you can spend an hour having a snack and browsing the souvenirs and crafts.

This is a quick stop just to say you have been. It is still a working station. A tourist shop has set up alongside with the translation of the name and lots to buy.

Okay this place is not very special and we only drove here for just one reason. I had to see this name on this building and being able to say I was in the longest place of Europe (the world?). I even let someone pronounce...More

Worth the visit just for the photo opportunity, very tidy and well looked after, remember this is a working railway. A very good shopping outlet across the car park
