Cloudy Bay are great marketers and the place has the recognized name and they use it in their cellar door where wine tastings are for sale and they do it well although not cheap but people are willing to pay. It is "Cloudy Bay." The...More

We went here with some friends on a rainy day. The main building and cellar room is excellent, the staff were friendly and informative, we had the 'Indulgence' tasting which was fine, but we thought it a bit pricy, and the amount of wine given...More

I went here 20 years ago and they were fantastic - now they are pretentious and milking their name and the cash of those who want to go to the name. There are nicer wineries better wines at much less cost. We drove on had...More

Not a wine aficionado but I have seen Sideways and even I could tell the servers were talking nonsense at times and were quite inconsistent. Nevertheless, all in our party enjoyed the mini trip.

And we loved it I’ve come from the other side of the world to taste this wine in the place it’s made Sadly we are in the end of the cyclone from the Pacific but that did not damp our taste buds

Cloudy Bay is clearly a popular stop. Unfortunately. Their wines are fine and their people knowledgeable, but when the tours pull up,...you’re just tasting wine. There are just not enough servers to be able to have a wine conversation. They’re pouring wine.

We stopped in for some lovely Cloudy Bay wines and were pleasantly surprised at the generous pourings. We also really enjoyed the outdoor seating area and would definitely go back again to enjoy the wine and the ambience.

If you are in Marlborough this is a not to miss vineyard visit The buildings are not the prettiest but internally they are well laid out with quality fittings The wine is superb and made even more acceptable by the pretty garden and dining area

We were keen to visit the home of one of our favourite wines. Four of us enjoyed a small but tasty lunch of delicious avocado soup with mint (and something else?) and sourdough while we non-drivers went through the NZ$10 tasting menu: a fizzy Pelorus...More

We were looking forward to tasting what was meant to be one of the best and the highlight of marlborough wines but the experience was appalling to say the least. Firstly the service we received by a young man with what sounded like an american...More
