Perth is a rather "compact" city... Ellis Brook is just a 30-min drive East of the city, so that's very accessible. Maybe we did not venture too much, but Ellis Brook is not quite a massive nature reserve. It has well-laid-out trails to venture and...More

An easy all round walk for the kids. Beautiful views from the top. My kids loved catching tadpoles and creating with clay.

We walked through a short distance of this beautiful reserve. The wildflowers, birds and scenic views were so relaxing and pleasant. The paths and signage is a credit to the maintainers. Well done with keeping picnic areas and amenities clean, no fuss and assessable.

I had a great morning walk. There were quite a few other people out on the walk. You need to wear good walking shoes as the ground is uneven/rocky. A lovely place for the whole family

Beautiful view with a ton of options for the whole family. We saw many wildflowers and were even visited by a shingle back lizard.

A work colleague recommended me this place and I'm glad I followed up her suggestion. The fall was a bit of a trickle but the wildflowers are worth the hike. I agree with other reviewers that the graffiti on the rocks are a shame and...More

Quite a surprising place. Went there just to explore the place. Thrilled with the walk way to the top of the hill. View from the hill is fantastic with nice water falls. Lot of people are doing hiking with their dogs and kids. Near the...More

I wouldn't. You probably could if the water level was high enough and you could get down to it
