I found my visit to be more than i thought it would be, even though it is a ruin there is still a large amount to see and plenty of information explaining it's history. The views are wonderful also.

It is the jewel of Miravet. From up the hill you get a perfect picture of all the region, not only the town itself. It costs about 3,5€ to go in but it is worth the cost. The castle conserves the structure (walls and rooms)...More

We were staying in Miravet so this was a must for us. We drove up but you can walk it too! Very well laid out route round with information leaflet in English. Amazing views from the top.

We visited the castle yesterday with no real expectations (we aren't a cultural family!) but had a great couple of hours. The drive to the car park is steep and interesting when you meet a car coming the other way. Entry for 2 adults and...More

Worth seeing and great views, the castle is an amazing piece of history with hints of being one of the templars location, I took the steps to the terrace, very narrow steps but well worth it.

A really sereal experience. Take the 'ferry' across the river by foot and walk to the village ( 15 mins), road takes you past fig, lemon and olive trees... then you come across the amazing vista of the castle on the hill and surrounding village...More
