My partner and I visited today and were very impressed with the gorgeous building, the picturesque environment and the fantastic staff.
The surrounding area is full of great walks and it was lovely to see deer roaming around, even in the pouring rain!
Knole itself is a beautiful house, the grounds too. However, it was not worth the £8 to see 6 rooms. The guides also were not approachable and friendly, they also weren’t as knowledgeable as other National Trust places.
