Visited while staying in Croyde. Lovely gardens and interesting house to look around. Really enjoyed the Carriage Museum. We were going to have lunch here but by 1.10pm they had sold out of baked potatoes and only had cake left.

Grounds still coming to life after a wintery spring. Did not visit the house. Carriage museum visited and well worth seeing. Many items on view with good descriptions. Very good for young and old. Loos all OK. We are NT members.

A great attraction which has something for all the family - the house, filled with the fascinating collection of Miss Rosalie Chichester, the interesting Carriage Museum, the beautiful gardens and a range of walks to suit all.

Sorry , I can't remember if its an inclusive price. You need good weather to view the gardens and estate though. I have visited often enough to know rain isn't good for walking through the lower estate

Not absolutely certain, as we don't have a dog, but I did see some people with dogs on leads around the grounds but not in the house or carriage museum. Hope this helps.
