We visited last week for an afternoon. The house was very interesting with lots of knowledgable guides to point out objects to us. They were all keen to see the children too and engaged with them at an appropriate level. The collections in the house...More

Wonderful spot for woodland walks as the trees form a shelter belt from the icy blasts. Just able to spot the early signs of spring, with the primroses peeking out and of course, the snowdrops nodding in the breeze. Had a warming cuppa in the...More

We are National Trust members and have visited before but not at Christmas. As there was a Christmas gift/craft fair advertised we thought we would call in. Very disappointed with the craft fair itself, not very inspiring and quite dated gifts. Also, considering they had...More

We visited mainly to walk around the grounds, which we did and enjoyed. However, the surprise was the coach museum. This was a real bonus and was fascinating looking at the number of different types they have. If you have young children they also have...More

We have visited Arlington at different times of the year and all were good. The parkland walks are a must in the early Spring, but don't discount a winter walk as mist rising from the Lake with a back drop of the Bridge Stone abutments...More

We arrived here one wet March day. To escape the rain, we headed towards the house. This was an interesting house. The history of the Chichester family fascinated me. Particularly hearing about the sailing trips around the world. Sir Bruce took his young daughter Rosalie...More

Sorry , I can't remember if its an inclusive price. You need good weather to view the gardens and estate though. I have visited often enough to know rain isn't good for walking through the lower estate
