This park was close to our hotel and is quite lovely. In the centre is a lake with boats, lots of little grassy and woody walks around it. A very nice Victorian garden park.

We went here on sat beauiful park with a play area and a beauifull lake the kids will love it . You Can buy ice cream and drinks . Great place for a picnic .

The view that is illustrated as above reminds me of the many times I used to run & jump these steps from top to bottom without stopping trying to better my time on each occasion, not a very wise thing to do but a heck...More

Well worth a visit. Our parks department is second to none. As are the beautiful hanging baskets and floral islands all around our town.

yes but they must be kept on a lead and picked up after (obviously).

I am afraid the boats no longer operate but hte is the best place in town to walk a dog
