We walked to the Quay so that we could visit this mill, but when we arrived we found it to be closed. There isn't very much to see on the outside although the small building is clearly old, judging by some of the masonry. We...More

If you have never visited a mill before this is a great place to start. The mill sits aside Christchurch Quay and gives excellent access to the Priory and the local town plus many cafes, restaurants and bars.

It's a lovely little building, just a stroll from the Priory and also from the Quay. The owner is friendly and explains everything. It is well preserved and very interesting. It also acts as a gallery for artworks.

This mill can be found when walking from the Priory down to the Quay, It is in good repair and its interesting to see the wheel - friendly person explains the history - worth a visit.

This is an attraction very well worth taking the time to visit. The atmosphere of a working mill easy to imagine. Displays are good and explanations are easy to see and read.. A tour of the mill need not take long, though it repays longer...More

Worth a visit to this historic mill, the owner is very friendly, he displays his very talented partners art work, which is also available to purchase. In a pretty location near Christchurch quay.
