Christchurch harbour isn't a large area, but what it offers is a beautiful view, and a relaxing place to stroll. A popular past time there is to feed the swans, and there is also a play park and in the summer months, a small splash...More

This is such a lovely location . Just outside Christchurch centre you can walk along the quayside or sit on the grass and watch the world go by. There is a splash park for the children and public toilets

What a great place to people watch or to get accosted by swans. The swans are the friendliest ones you will encounter (probably because they are fed by the locals). But they do expect that you have food on you........ very good photo opportunities too.
