I bring my little boy here all the time to go on the park, feed the ducks and eat in the cafe. It’s so pretty and is very well looked after.

Ashton Gardens is a lovely little park with a cafe. The large playground which accommodates all ages from 1-16 is a highlight. No admission charge.

The gardens run along Beach Road, about halfway down. You can gain access from there.
