Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have been a regular customer to Summers Davis Antiques for well over 10 years. Graham has eye to hand pick unique peaces to his shop in Wallingford, so its always worth while visiting when you are close by. We love all the peaces we have bought over the years and they often turn into discussion points when we have visitors. Graham is very knowledgable and combines his passion in antique with interior design. This makes his approach unique.

My daughter and I called in here after a walk up the Thames Path to Wallingford. It was bright and inviting and there were lots of different displays to browse. I would definitely call in again if I was in the area.

Mainly furniture with some pottery and other items, this is a large, two-storey shop with plenty of space to showcase the items.

The owner is willing to talk about things and shows a wealth of knowledge in his subject.

This visit was just a quick one, and I didn't manage to get around the whole shop. Will go back to spend more time there.

Tip: the shop has its own car park across the road behind the castle gates - very useful to know.

Would avoid this place at all costs . Mr Wells was a nightmare . Went to buy a table I see on the website . Arranged a viewing but graham wells was too consumed trying to ruin a tradesmans day by blocking his vehicle .
What a waste of time . Much nicer antiques in Hungerford

When visiting family we went for a walk around town. We initially went into this beautiful shop for a browse (it has a fantastic array of all sorts of furniture) however fell in love with an armchair. It was perfect for our new home and we were even given the option of re-covering it. They stock a wide variety of fabric so we could chose our favourite there and then. The chair has been delivered today and we are pleased as punch. Not often do you get this level of service in the 21st century!

One of the best antiques shops that we have visited outside of London - a real treat to discover this when visiting some friends for the weekend in Wallingford. Such a pretty little town and this was a real gem to stumble across.

Huge showrooms with some fab furniture and we were made to feel very welcome by Graham who really made our visit with his interesting insights and knowledge of antiques. We came away with a pair of amazing lamps converted from antique vases that now sit pride of place in our lounge! If you have a passion for lovely things and an afternoon to spare well worth a visit.
