Been here a few times recently. A cosy little family friendly pub. Sells the normal beverages but also guest beers for those who like something different.

Fantastic atmosphere, lovely staff and owners. Decent selection of ales and ciders. Has a good crowd as well, you know this would be a nice place to go, no trouble, speaks volumes for the atmosphere that the owners give out to their patrons.

Great ale, good company - what's not to like about The Vine? An atmospheric little pub, much of which hasn't changed since the 1930s, and non the worse for that: proof (if any were needed) that modernisation often isn't needed.

Thank you...yes, it is one of our listed heritage pubs....bit like stepping back in time....except for the ales, of course! Thank you for your kind comments.
