we went to buy a silver anniversary rose, while we were there we visited their rose gardens where you can see all their roses on display in their laid out gardens, we also visited the cafe & it was overall a very pleasant day out

No. But very near by is Boscobel House and White Ladies Priory (English Heritage). You'd have to pay an entrance fee for the former, not the latter but would make a good day out.

I think you have to book for afternoon tea but you can have lovely cream tea and cakes and you dont need to book for lunch
