Myself and my husband visit the shop every week for our ale mixture and always receive excellent service, we cannot believe we left it so long to do a tour! Our tour guide Hugh was exceptional. A must for anyone local to Wolverhampton.

My son booked me a tour at Banks's we had a really good time. Informative tour. Friendly service. Discount in the shop after. Loads of ales to chose from I was like a kid in a sweet shop! Would recommend.

Brewery visit - One of my better presents. very interesting & well conducted by the guide. Explained the whole brewing process in detail. The history of Banks's was also given. The whole experience was really enjoyed as was the shop afterwards.
