have visited this museum every time we visit Banbury and every time it never fails to please us always interesting with excellent visiting artists work, well done and thank you Banbury museum staff Oh and an excellent cafe with equally interesting food.
The museum is entered via the shopping mall (Quays) and is over a bridge. The entrance has some details of the canal and the main room is upstairs with a really interesting history of Banbury. Well worth a visit
My 5 year old daughter had a lovely time in the creative area colouring/making animals. Friendly, helpful members of staff making sure the children have everything they need.

We paid an All too brief visit here during a short stay in the Town. Local history is documented within and the building straddles the canal. Plenty to see and we didn’t do it justice. There were a few children inside, all being well entertained....More
