Lovely walks through the park - good for dog walking and children. The river Sid runs through and its cool under the trees in this very hot August.

During all this hot weather, this is a delightful place to have a stroll, go as far as you like benches along the way to rest.

Although we have visited Sidmouh on 3 occasions this was the first time we had visited The Byes. We had the good fortune to visit on a sunny morning and sitting beside the burbling river was a joy. The paths are also wheelchair accessible
