Service - the waitresses were very friendly and helpful but clearly the kitchen is not working very efficiently as all meals slow to arrive. The gamey pie was delicious, but as for the chocolate fondant it was a disgrace - FONDANT?? No fondant at all....More

A superb meal. My daughter is on a no carb diet and asked for a plain burger with no bun or fries. This was beautifully presented with a really lovely salad. I had the duck from the menu and it was absolutely gorgeous.

Went off this place under previous management, and had not been totally persuaded by new management/ chef until recently. Calmer, sensible realistic menu offerings all beautifully cooked by a chef who seems to really want to give his customers good-tasting food. I have eaten here...More

Great lunch in the bar lounge as we had our dog Rocky with us. Delicious steak sandwich..crispy fries, and a juicy burger for my partner. Nice cold San Miguel to wash it down. Fire was on so cosy warm and good service, friendly staff.
