Such a different place to visit. The initial entry is quite "spooky " but that's because we're not used to walking into dark science museum's. Shining the spotlights in the initial area highlights different objects and then a speaker tells you the story of it...More

Visited on 16th February. I also wish that I had read the reviews BEFORE visiting. Everything is true about what has been said about the place, its dark, cold, poor signage, no information, not much works, no staff about to tell you about how it...More

How I wish I had read the reviews before taking my granddaughters to Magna today. It was bitterly cold and as others have said, very little works. We weren't given any information / leaflet to help us find our way around. There were no staff...More

I would estimate that 75% of the exhibits do not work. Dead computers, touch screens not working, handles missing from wheels, wheels missing from shafts. I understand that things go wrong, but I have never been in a museum with as many faulty exhibits as...More

What could be a fantastic experience to help children get interested in science. Conceptually it is fantastic, using industry of the past to teach children (and to let adults enjoy, too) the wonders of science. However, there are a few glaring issues. 1) The Heat...More
