The new revamped kids play area was a hit with my toddler, they have tried to give all ages different areas which previously didn’t really cater for. Nice to see money spent in a open area good for all the family including the dog 😊

Took my two youngest for a walk, scoot, ride around the lake, stopped at the cafe for a cuppa/ ice cream. Boys love the assault course. Pleased atmosphere. We ended at the main park to be pleasantly surprised by the new equipment. Looks good. A...More

Good venue for walking especially around the lake. Rambling walks through the woods and lovely cafe. Walking clubs available as is sailing rock climbing and othe outdoor activities.

Lots of things to do for the children, adults could sit and chat whilst keeping an eye. Lovely walks, play areas, and water park area for younger children (not slides). Worth a visit

Even in the winter months it would be good if the cafe wiped the outdoor seats dry, as we walk our dogs there and like to stop for a coffee, however, dogs obviously not allowed on cafe but couldn't sit outside as seats were wet....More

A lovely place to go for a walk round the lakes and has a café too. Fishing can be done on the large lake at one end. There are activities on offer and a play area for children along with paddling pools in the summer....More

Has it's own car park - Go down 'The Hawthornes' and you can't miss it.
