Probably the best pre-dinner pub in town, great location for a raft of eating place. Lots of beers to chose from, not forgetting ample wine menu all at a reasonable price. Good atmosphere and also a great place to go before ITFC home matches. Home...More

We tried this pub on a Thursday night for a drink and a chat. A nice bar area with plenty of comfy seating with a friendly atmosphere. A good selection of beers served by polite and friendly staff. I recommend and will return.

Nice pub to visit for a few drinks. Good choice of beers. Reasonably priced. Good service and good music. Some outdoor seating. Certainly worth a visit.

Very well looked after beers, great atmosphere, good clientele and service by friendly staff, what else could you ask for . Well worth a visit if you are in town looking for somewhere to meet before show/football or just a get together.

This is a very traditional old pub that mist be quite old. The floors and seats are wooden, the staff are friendly and the beer is good.
