Loud music blasting over other restaurants lovely singer toooo loud we didn't stop for a drink. Our no 1 place when it was Bog Road lovely staff. Singer trying too hard. Staff lovely no problem during the day.

Been twice never be back. The tiles on the floor looked like an earthquake had taken place.The toilets are shocking smelly with flies and this is in the winter. The place should be closed down.

Last summer I went to Cabo Roig for my holiday. We came onto trip advisor to see could we find out more about Cabo Roig. Our favourite pub the bog road came up and we were dissapointed to see that it had bad reviews. I thought that this place was amazing. We had a great family holiday and will look forward to going back this summer. It was great meeting people from all over Ireland in this irish pub on the main strip in Cabo Roig. Charlie and the bar staff were so friendly and nice. Its a great bar for watching all the GAA and soccer matches. It was kept very clean and the air conditioning was great on them really hot days when I was looking for a beer. Would highly reccomend this bar. Thanks Charlie and the staff for being so friendly and accomadating, looking forward to seeing you all this year!!

Been here several times, but never again...
Staff are rude,as well as many of the locals who seem to hate strangers enjoying themselves entering their pub!
There are far better pubs to go to than this dive....
So I suggest you do....

Grubby pub, I know it's an Irish Bar but there is dirty and grubby and that is what this was. Be wary on what you order, cider was not right and ordered a Jamiesons out of a bottle but it certainly was not Jamiesons or was watered down' most of the pubs on the strip were the same however but this was worst

Visited tonight and it wasn't particularly busy. Awful smell up through the bar. Prices almost as expensive as back home (€7.60 for a glass of house wine and a glass of beer). Bar man didn't know where to look on the till. Car boot sale music made it worse. Won't be back in a hurry!

Thanks for taking time to review our pub. I must admit one is a bit disappointed and confused with your comments so please allow me to try and address your comments as best as one is capable of, as car boot salesman .
I was in the pub the night you have mentioned and I'm not sure if we were in the same pub. With regards to what you say you were charged. This does not sound right, as this is not the price of a white wine and a glass of beer, now if it was a large Glass beer, other wise known as a pint then maybe you could indeed have been charged the right amount depending on what beer you had , however if you would like to call back into the bar, we would be more than happy to rectify this situation for your kind self and if you are due a reimbursement than I will make sure this happens for you. (May I, if it's ok suggest you don't visit Marbella if you feel Cabo Roig is expensive)
With regards to the smell, again been there the whole night, I did not get this smell nor did any other of our revellers that night get it, unless it was the smell of money one smelt from the price of the expensive drink that's imported in from Ireland, and as for our car boot sale music, this seemed to have went down a treat with all the other customers so maybe it was just not the right over all car boot sale for your kind self.
Having said all this we do hope you drop back in when we hold our next car boot sale in the very near future .

We returned this year for a week in June for a wedding in the area although spent the majority of our time back in The Bog Road, Charlie and the girls are all amazing. The bar is very welcoming and music is great, the staff are super friendly and great Craic just like being back in Donegal.. They go out of their way to accomodate everyone, and have an unreal selection of drinks, we cant wait to see you's all next year again 🍻

Hi we always go here when on holidays and it never disappoints! Charlie and the staff are always friendly and more than accommodating when it comes to bringing your kids with you. Would also recommend going there to see the GAA games, can’t wait to go back.
