Knowledgeable, friendly people with excellent English. Good maps etc. We had no wait in line but traveled off-season so don't know how it is in summer.

We got a number and waited our turn to buy our Oslo Pass. We also got great direction how to get around town and don't forget to pick up a map that shows all the bus, ferry and tube locations.More

The staff here are helpful, friendly, multi-lingual and knowledgeable. They offer a great service. You can purchase a City Pass here--covers rail, tram, bus and includes most museum admission.More

No, the Oslo Pass is valid for public transport in zone 1 and 2 and gives you free entrance to all the major museums in Oslo. Feel free to visit Oslo Visitor Centre for tips and assistance.
