It's a nice green spot in the city, but not much more. Just like a small park, good for a run or walk with kids, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the poorest, most boring botanical garden I have ever visited.

Even though most of the flowers are gone the colors of atoumn more than makes up for it. And since there is much less people around you can walk around in peace and quiet.

Lovely place away from the hustle and bustle of Oslo City Centre, but easy to walk to. Lovely setting, peace and tranquility.

A large area of tranquil gardens. Good views from the hill. Inspired to copy the octagonal summer house at home.

I tend to visit botanical gardens in every city I visit that has one - so my bar is quite high. I enjoyed visiting the garden in Oslo. I personally am not as interested in trees as I am in flowers and plants - there...More
