A great deal of information can be found in this museum. Although much of the text is in Norwegian, there are 'prompt sheets' in various languages located around the build. Well worth a visitMore

This museum is excellent, it shows what happened to Hammerfest during WWII and how it was rebuilt. The original film footage is very moving and shows how strong the community and Norweigens are. Definitely worth a visit.
